| How To Order Online |
| Ordering Athena Grove online is easy. |
| Simply go to the Online Order page, choose your products by placing the quantity you require in the box beside the product description and press the "Buy" button. |
| A summary of your selected products will be shown at the bottom of the page. |
| Complete the address fields and select your preferred payment method if you wish to pay online. |
| Customers not wishing to pay online can still generate an order, print it, then post the printed copy to : Athena Grove P.O. Box 1318, WEST PERTH WA 6872 or fax the printed order to +61 8 9486 4944. |
| Pricing Policy |
| All prices are up to date and include GST where applicable. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Athena Grove reserves the right to amend product prices when and where necessary without notification and the user accepts the prices stated on the website when buying the goods. |
| International Purchases |
| If you are purchasing from a country other than Australia the total value of your order and postage will be converted into your countries currency at the applicable exchange rate on the day on which the order is received. A copy of the applicable exchange rate will be sent to you with your receipt. |
| Payments |
| Athena Grove prefers credit card payments of Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. |
| All other cards except Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard, including American Express, Diners Club, Batar Card will not be accepted. |
| Alternative payment arrangements can be made by calling +61 8 9485 0140 as we do accept cheques and direct deposits from approved customers. |
| Payments by cheque or direct deposit will be required to clear before your order is processed. |
| Cash payments for internet purchases are not accepted. Please DO NOT send cash via post. |
| Athena Grove accepts no liability for any monies being lost in the post. |
| Credit Accounts |
| Credit is not available for internet orders. |
| Wholesale Orders |
| The purchase of product at wholesale prices are available to retailers who intend to resell the products at the Recommended Retail Price. This is only available to registered businesses and an ABN Number is required. |

| Delivery |
| All orders are dispatched once a valid order and cleared payment has been received. |
| Athena Grove will dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being received and payment authorised. |
| Delivery prices vary depending on your location and the amount of goods ordered. |
| Please see the Online Order page for delivery charges. |
| Express delivery is available at higher fee. |
| Damaged Stock |
| If any part of your order is damaged during delivery please notify us on +61 8 9485 0140. |
| We will ask you to return the damaged stock for free replacement. |
| Refunds |
| No refunds are given for internet purchases. However, if the goods are damaged in any way, we will be happy to replace it free of charge as we will if you receive incorrect products. |
| Back Orders |
| All orders placed to Athena Grove are dispatched promptly upon confirmation of payment. |
| If parts of an order can not be filled due to insufficient stock, those products will automatically be put on back order and then dispatched as soon as we receive it from our suppliers. |
| Should your order be placed on back order, you will be notified either by email or post and advised when it is dispatched. |
